Refunds and Returns

Thank you for choosing Jade Raven Rayne as your trusted provider of Products/Services. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read my refund and return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges. This policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure a positive shopping experience for you.

  1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline
    I offer a transparent and customer-friendly return/exchange/refund timeline. Returns or exchanges on physical items are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. I believe this timeframe strikes a balance between allowing you sufficient time to evaluate your purchase while also ensuring a fair policy for my business.
  2. Acceptable Item Conditions
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the physical item must be in its original condition, including all tags and packaging (if applicable). Please note that certain items may have specific conditions for return due to their nature, and these conditions will be clearly communicated on the product page.
  3. Refund and Shipping Charges
    I understand the importance of transparent and fair refund and shipping charges. My policy aims to be reasonable. I offer flat rate shipping on items in my shop, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. I will only pay for return postage if the shipment was due to my error or if I am requesting return of a damaged shipment. If the reason for the return is not due to my error, the customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
  4. Replacement/Exchange: Some items are unique and not able to be replaced. If your item arrives damaged, I’ll offer to replace the item with a different size, color, or a better quality item as per your preference, subject to availability.
    Money Refund: I’ll return the cost of the item to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    Full Refund: If your item arrives to you damaged or non-functional I’ll issue a full refund (or offer replacement/exchange).
    Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be provided if only part of the order is returned, if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error, or for any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    Line-Item Refund: For items that are part of a larger order, I may issue a refund for the specific item returned.
    Gift Credit: I can issue a gift credit with the refund amount for you to use on future purchases.
    Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used on any future purchases with us.
  5. Items Ineligible for Refund/Return/Exchange
    While I strive to accommodate such requests, please note that not all items on my website are eligible for exchange, refund, or return. The following categories of products are generally not eligible for the same:
    • Downloadable products
    • Seeds
    • Perishable items
    • Customized items
    • Gift Cards
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Items purchased “On Sale”
  6. Cancellations and Refunds for Services
    • Telepathic Animal Communication sessions may be cancelled with a full refund anytime prior to Jade’s completion of the session. These sessions are not eligible for a refund after the Telepathic Animal Communication session has been completed.
    • Reiki Healing sessions may be cancelled with a full refund anytime prior to Jade’s completion of the session. These sessions are not eligible for a refund after the Reiki Healing session has been completed.
    • If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of either of the two aforementioned services listed in this section (section 6), remediation of dissatisfaction (if any) falls under the full discretion of Jade Raven Rayne.
  7. Avoiding Chargebacks
    My comprehensive refund and return policy is designed to create a transparent and equitable relationship with my customers. By providing clear guidelines for refunds, I aim to empower you with a clear understanding of your rights.
